Special Holiday Returns Notice
Any items purchased during November or December 2016, can be returned with no restocking charges or penalties, assuming the items meet all of our returned items conditions, by January 15, 2017.
Standard Return Policy
MP Fashion will gladly accept most returns for merchandise in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days from delivery date. The returned merchandise must be in its Original Condition*, original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase and warranty; otherwise the return will not be honored. If return is defective or error appears to be made by us, we will issue a full refund for the merchandise (must contact MP Fashion within 5 business days after delivery).
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please note, any item(s) returned after 30 days from confirmed delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Purchases become final sales after 45 days from confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return.
You must obtain a Return Authorization from MP Fashion before returning the merchandise. To obtain an RA contact us via email by filling out online.
Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. (Insurance is highly recommended)
NOTE: MP Fashion accepts no responsibility, regardless of value, for any return untraceable or uninsured.
* Original Condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized, laundered or altered in any way.
* Customer refunds and/or adjustments will not be issued until we have received your item back and it has been inspected. Returns are process within 3-5 business days upon receipt of returned item.
Damages and Defective Products:
If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact MP Fashion no later than 5 business days after delivery. You will receive a full refund. If the item is not defective when we receive return, shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued. If there is extensive damage to the box, when you receive your order, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price only, actual shipping cost will be deducted. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to additional shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
